Royal Albert Hall, London, 'Classic FM Live' concert


Rhydian will make his debut performance at Classic FM Live, joining Julian Lloyd-Webber, the Fanfare Trumpets of the Coldstream Guards, the Philharmonia Orchestra and the Crouch End Festival Chorus, all under the direction of Adrian Lucas.

Royal Albert Hall, London, 'Classic Response' concert in aid of Haiti orphans.

Rhydian will appear on an all-star bill of artists across the classical world who will come together for one night only to raise funds for orphans of the Haiti earthquake.

The evening will be hosted by Aled Jones and GMTV's Emma Crosby. The orchestra for the evening will be the City of London Sinfonia conducted by Carl Davis. Performers include Aled Jones, All Angels, Amy Dickson, Blake, Brighton Festival Chorus, Camilla Kerslake, Escala, Faryl, Jennifer Pike, Paul Potts and Raven.

Royal Albert Hall, London, 'Classical BRITS Awards 2010'

Rhydian has been nominated for the NS&I Album of the Year award for his latest album, 'O Fortuna'. The winners of this Award will be decided by public vote. He faces some stiff opposition so please be sure to vote for him. Follow this link to register and then cast your vote.

The event combines the magic of live performances from some of the most highly regarded classical musicians and performers in the world today, with a number of specially commissioned awards presented throughout the evening.

It is believed that Rhydian will himself perform at this highly prestigious and glittering event. Dame Kiri te Kanawa is to be presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award and will end the evening's entertainment.

Welsh National Eisteddfod, Ebbw Vale. Closing concert

Rhydian returns to the world-renowned National Eisteddfod stage, this time as the headline act for the closing concert to the week's festivities. The concert will also feature the soprano Gwawr Edwards and the former Royal Harpist to H.R.H. the Prince of Wales, Catrin Finch.

Last year tickets sold out very fast and they appear to be doing so again this year.
